Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based sales/collections experience with strong persuasion.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling enrollment via calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build rapport and apply persuasive rebuttals with problem-solving to keep clients in program.
• Document client discussions clearly in Salesforce and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Meet performance criteria set by management and follow department policies.
