Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialists to support at‑risk clients through inbound/outbound calls, email, and digital channels. You will help clients stay enrolled by listening, solving problems, and de-escalating tense situations.

The role starts 9/21/2026, with full-time schedules across ET time zones and a performance-based compensation structure including bonuses and commissions. Salesforce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, or banking with a focus on persuasion and account management.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in sales and account management with proven performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling enrollment via calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build rapport and apply persuasive and problem-solving strategies to keep clients in the program.
• Follow quality guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with integrity.
• Highlight program benefits to clients and document discussions in Salesforce.
• Meet performance criteria set by management and adhere to policies.
