Job summary

National Debt Relief, LLC. is seeking commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialists (Retention Agents) to support clients at risk of canceling their service. You will engage via inbound/outbound calls, email, and digital channels, build rapport, and guide customers toward staying in the program.

Responsibilities include documenting discussions in Salesforce, following quality guidelines, and meeting performance criteria while upholding the company’s values and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based sales/collections/loan services experience with persuasion and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build quick rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal and problem-solving skills to keep them in the program.
• Follow quality guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with integrity.
• Demonstrate the program's value and benefits to clients.
• Document client discussions clearly in Salesforce CRM.
• Meet performance criteria set by management (subject to change).
• Adhere to company policies and retention procedures.
