The Renewal Specialist at Crisis24 supports the Account Management Team by overseeing the contract renewal process for select accounts, digitally managing agreements, and assisting clients with account inquiries, additions, and modifications.

You'll collaborate with Account Managers to complete renewal opportunities, update client information in Salesforce and Contract Management systems, and proactively anticipate client needs while building lasting relationships.

Competenze

• 2-4 years’ experience in sales support or customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Proven time management with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritizing competing tasks.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office suite.

Mansioni

• Oversee renewal opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers.
• Update Salesforce and contract management systems with client information.
• Communicate with clients to address inquiries and modifications.
