Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Client Operations Specialist - Renewals (COS-R) to support Client Managers/Directors with renewal management and pricing strategy. The role requires proactive quote generation, order processing, and responsive client service to drive margins and renewal success.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging Salesforce.com to monitor pipelines, forecast opportunities, and facilitate multi-year contracts while maintaining strong client relationships and

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services.
• CRM software experience required.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor renewal opportunities and proactively generate price quotes.
• Process orders and respond to client inquiries to keep renewals on track.
• Collaborate with Client Managers/Directors to identify upsell opportunities and optimize pricing.
• Provide system reporting and forecast assistance as needed.
• Maintain account health and manage renewal pipelines in Salesforce.com.
