• Recruiting: Finds, screens, and places qualified candidates into open positions
• Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute tailored relationships and growth plans for the firm's accounts
• Collaboration: Work with partners and associates to align resources with client needs
• Proactive Engagement: Share insights and coordinate value-add initiatives across active matters
• Business Development Support: Assist partners with pitches, proposals, and cross-selling
• Data & CRM Maintenance: Maintain client interaction records in CLIO
• Feedback & Reporting: Track revenue vs goals and present insights to leadership
• Client Event Planning: Organize events to maintain relationships with clients
• Public Relations: Project firm image through relationships with clients and media
• Firm Communications: Manage newsletters and client surveys distribution
• Client relationships: Develop surveys to gauge client satisfaction and expectations
• Referrals: Track referral sources and maintain positive relations
• Firm branding: Maintain online presence with print materials and directories
• Outreach: Organize speaking engagements and sponsorships
