Job summary

JLL is seeking a capable support professional in Irvine to assist the Capital Markets Group with producing marketing materials, proposals, and engagement contracts. You will help coordinate schedules, travel, and CRM activities while supporting outreach and research to grow JLL’s client base.

The role involves coordinating high-value client events and aiding in research efforts to identify prospects, all within a fast-paced real estate environment in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related sales, executive support, marketing, or communications experience.
• College degree required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong deadline focus.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Claude/Anthropic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive marketing materials including proposals, engagement contracts, and offering memorandums; draft property marketing materials via PowerPoint.
• Schedule team correspondence, appointments, and organize calendars/travel arrangements.
• Assist with managing executive CRM and client outreach; research and events coordination.
• Help research and curate client prospects via proprietary databases.
• Lead and coordinate high-value client events including dinners, corporate offsites, and special events.
