Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase branch in South Burlington, VT to deliver thoughtful financial guidance, build lasting client relationships, and provide welcoming service using the latest banking tools.

You will engage clients, understand needs, explain products, and coordinate with specialists while complying with regulatory requirements. Weekend hours and some evenings are required. Chase supports licensing programs and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product features and benefits to clients with varying needs.
• Ability to adhere to risk and regulatory requirements, including completing required training.
• Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Explain and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and coordinate with team of experts.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
