Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Chase branch is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and to deepen client relationships using leading banking solutions and technology.

As a Relationship Banker, you will acquire, manage, and retain clients, understand financial needs, and recommend suitable products while adhering to regulatory requirements. Flexibility to work branch hours, including some evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, to tailor product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• License requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63) or equivalent; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and anticipate client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to help with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and refer to team of experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
