Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships; offer financial solutions via consultative conversations.
• Refer to internal specialists for complex needs and broader opportunities.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Enhance sales techniques and product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to controls and risk policies; ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Engage clients with courteous service and assist with teller transactions when needed.
