Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and fintech-enabled service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, applying financial knowledge to offer appropriate solutions and support branch success.

You will work with clients across banking products, collaborate with specialists, and adhere to regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be required as part of branch operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Licenses required or pursued within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting in person and by phone to deepen relationships.
• Explain products and services to meet client needs and refer to specialists when needed.
• Educate clients on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
• Learn products, policies, and procedures to effectively consult and comply.
