Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Strong ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, learning about their financial needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet their needs.
• Provide an optimal client experience, advising on deposit and loan products.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and care.
