Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.

The role focuses on understanding each client’s financial goals, educating them on digital products, and offering appropriate deposit and loan solutions while ensuring accurate processing and compliance. You will collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service, open new accounts, and support customers with a digital-first banking

Qualifications

• Minimum four to five years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients; strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, policies, procedures and support systems; ability to explain digital offerings.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual) to provide tailored financial guidance.
• Identify client needs and offer banking solutions based on goals and preferences.
• Open new consumer and small business accounts; process service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service options to improve adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver excellent, accurate service and operational excellence.
