Job summary

Bain Capital is seeking an experienced operations leader for its Credit Operations across CLOs and related assets. You will manage reconciliation, cash and position data, and drive accuracy across global teams and trustee reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 8-10+ years in financial services, strong leadership, and proficiency with Bloomberg and Advent Geneva. A BS/BA in finance or accounting is required, with experience in credit agreements.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in a complex financial services environment.
• Prior management experience within Credit Operations.
• BS or BA with finance and accounting basics.
• Experience with Bloomberg and other trading/settlement platforms.
• Familiarity with credit agreements and legal documents.
• Knowledge of Advent Geneva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class operational support for investor relations, finance, and fund management teams.
• Lead all investment operations with focus on reconciliation across Credit businesses.
• Manage a global team, setting priorities and ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Oversee daily/monthly cash and position reconciliations across CLOs and structured products.
• Lead root cause analysis of data quality issues and remediation.
• Coordinate onboarding for new deals and positions with data accuracy.
