Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager for the Business Insurance Select team in Raleigh, NC. You will manage client relationships, deliver best-in-class service, and drive growth while handling renewals and policy changes.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in Business Insurance, with licenses/designations (INS/AAI/CISR) or equivalent knowledge. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma.
• Minimum of three years of Business Insurance experience.
• Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) and/or knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to deliver best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Serve as the primary client contact to answer questions and resolve issues (billing, policy changes).
• Provide timely, courteous, knowledgeable support for renewals, certificates, endorsements, and day-to-day communications.
