New Edge Associates is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, deepen relationships, and ensure smooth account opening, treasury management, and ongoing servicing. You will work closely with the Lender to manage relationship flow and administrative processes, enabling the lender to stay focused on production.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted, primary point of contact for client relationships.
• Manage and deepen existing client relationships.
• Gather, organize, and manage all required client documentation.
• Coordinate account opening, treasury management setup, and ongoing servicing.
• Deliver clean, complete files to internal teams for smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet and bring in new business.
