Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year degree strongly preferred.
• 3 years of cash handling experience strongly preferred.
• 2 years retail banking experience strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Experience in opening accounts for Small Business customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Safely and accurately handle cash, coins, and negotiable instruments, following cash-handling procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Open and service various checking and savings accounts, documenting services performed.
• Identify opportunities to make product recommendations by discussing customers' financial needs.
• Provide exceptional service through SWARM Banking, greeting customers by name.
• Contribute to monthly sales and service metrics.
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance.
• Onboard new customers through follow-up routines for successful use of products.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and assist with technical issues.
