Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or similar field.
- Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in account opening/closing and related tasks.
- Process insufficient funds and non-posted transactions per procedures and deadlines.
- Collaborate in a team to balance workload and meet performance goals.
- Build trust with clients and Sales Team to drive deposit growth.
