• Assist clients with banking tasks such as checks, debit cards, transfers, and online banking guidance.
• Handle inquiries and complaints and resolve them promptly.
• Match bank products to client needs including deposits, loans, and treasury services.
• Set goals with emphasis on loan and deposit production and team support.
• Interview loan applicants, analyze financial data, and determine credit worthiness.
• Review loan agreements for accuracy and compliance.
