You will learn and apply digital-first strategies while educating clients on deposits, loans, and services to meet their financial goals. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, knowledge of retail products, and collaboration with the branch team to support client journeys and process account openings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5+ years of retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration required per SAFÉ Act and Reg Z.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and engages with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
• Collaborates with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
• Handles basic transactions with accuracy and ensures a consistent client experience.
