• Must have high school diploma or GED; licensing requirements outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
