Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state licenses, and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed must obtain within 180 days.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with experts.
