Responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding financial needs, and offering tailored product recommendations while adhering to regulatory requirements and licenses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand and help clients and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
