Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Beaumont seeks an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and to build trusted relationships with clients in our branch. Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
Ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs.
Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide attentive, friendly service; manage lobby using a tablet.
Open new accounts and service servicing while complying with policies.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships and collaborate with branch team to reach goals.
Manage branch operations and cash devices per bank policies.
