Job summary

Chase Branch seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, offering thoughtful financial solutions and leveraging technology to serve clients. You will lead client acquisition, management, and retention, using financial knowledge to address needs and simplify their lives, supporting branch success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and good listening.
• Compliance with risk, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Acquire, manage, and retain relationships; tailor financial solutions to client needs.
• Meet with clients in person and by phone to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients with specialists as needed.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
