Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver hospitality and expert financial guidance in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address customers’ needs and enhance their financial wellbeing.

You will educate clients on digital banking tools, collaborate with specialists, and ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product features to clients’ needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing requirements must be met or pursued after hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Engage in consultative conversations to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
