Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality while using the latest banking solutions and technology. You will lead efforts to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, applying financial knowledge to address needs and simplify lives.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with a team of specialists to meet client demands across a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product features to clients' needs.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver attentive service while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Must meet risk and compliance obligations and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses or willingness to obtain through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and explain banking solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase technology, mobile app, and online banking tools.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
