Job summary

Chase, a JPMorganChase brand, is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our branch with hospitality and financial knowledge. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, advising on banking solutions and technology usage to enhance convenience.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, strong communication, and compliance with regulatory standards. You may need SIE/FINRA licenses and availability for weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), and Life licenses; licenses via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Explain products and services clearly to address client needs and guide them to banking solutions.
• Promote technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet clients' banking needs.
• Learn products, procedures, and regulatory requirements and refer complex cases to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
