Chase, a JPMorganChase branch, is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using modern banking solutions and technology to serve clients.

You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor product benefits.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements with NMLS, SIE, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
