Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to build and deepen client relationships and tailor solutions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and high service standards.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with banking regulations.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
