Job summary

Truist in Baltimore seeks a Universal Banker to provide timely client transactions, accurate records, and strong service quality. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, and account needs while upholding internal controls.

You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound calling for sales opportunities, and participate in Integrated Relationship Management activities to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous transactions and upsell where appropriate.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATM, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls; identify needs and refer to branch team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to controls and risk management; stay updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
