Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• Must meet risk and regulatory obligations including required trainings.
• High school diploma or GED; relevant licenses must be pursued if not already held.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first by delivering attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and ATMs to support banking needs.
• Learn products and services quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
