Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service in a Chase branch. You will build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and present appropriate banking solutions while leveraging digital tools.

This role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. You’ll operate within risk and regulatory guidelines and collaborate with specialists to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE and FINRA Series 6; state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
