Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product features to client needs.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to build trust and address client questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile apps and online banking to enhance their experience.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
