Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to deliver welcoming, high-touch service and leverage modern banking tools to meet client needs.

You will build and maintain meaningful relationships, deepening financial solutions for individuals and families. You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM access, while complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; licensed within 180 days via licensing program.
