Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with proven success in establishing new clients.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor product benefits to clients.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63) and Life licenses required; license within 180 days of hire.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent; regulatory training and licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a branch setting.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and synchronize client needs with team of specialists.
• Educate clients about Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
