Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship deepening.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent service.
• Compliance with risk and regulatory requirements and training.
• Licensing requirements include SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
