Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand and address clients' needs.
• Educate clients about technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
