Job summary

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients, expanding relationships, and delivering results.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone, with ability to tailor product benefits to diverse clients.
Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail while ensuring a consistent client experience.
Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
Work hours include weekends and some evenings as required.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their banking needs.
Meet with clients in person or by phone to understand financial needs and tailor recommendations.
Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult and connect clients to specialists.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies.
