Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days and background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs, including weekends and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service experience in person and on the phone.
• Cross-sell and refer to specialists to meet client needs.
• Assist with teller duties as needed.
• Engage in consultative conversations to expand relationships.
• Support sales targets through product knowledge and service quality.
• Adhere to policies and risk management procedures.
• Communicate with clients and greet them in the branch.
• Assist in assigning and handling deposits, loans, and other banking products.
