Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and deepen relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Meet risk/compliance obligations and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6 and related licenses required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in clear consultative communication to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
