Job summary

You will engage clients, identify their needs, guide them to appropriate products, collaborate with experts, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while maintaining a high standard of integrity and service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to meet risk and compliance obligations and complete training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration; licenses obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
