Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
