Job summary

Citizens Bankers is hiring a branch-facing role focused on building lasting customer relationships. You’ll help clients with financial solutions, guiding spending, saving, borrowing and investing to meet personal goals.

You’ll promote digital banking and collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to support broader financial needs. Weekend/evening hours may be required as branch needs arise.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Problem solve and provide customer solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and recommendations.
• Support spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking channels.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
