Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, dedicated to helping customers with financial decisions and building lasting relationships. You will use strong communication and problem-solving skills to offer sound advice and tailored financial solutions.

You’ll guide customers through spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, while introducing digital and mobile banking options and collaborating with partners for more complex needs. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking tools.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set appointments.
