Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to greet clients, provide attentive service, and guide them through banking solutions using digital tools. The role focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering a welcoming branch experience.

You will work closely with the team to open accounts, service existing ones, and help clients achieve their financial goals while following all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check in and schedule meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts in compliance with policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships and partner with team to help clients reach financial goals.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices following policies.
