Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and mandatory regulatory checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client service and product guidance across deposit, credit, and other lines.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists to support growth.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
