Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory client service in person and over the phone to expand client relationships.
• Aim to meet or exceed client service and sales targets by offering financial products.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists to support client goals.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and trainings.
• Improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Deliver a consistent, courteous client service experience during transactions and greetings.
