Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers in person, by appointment, and virtually, offering tailored financial guidance and promoting digital‑first solutions. You will assess needs, discuss deposit and loan options, and open new accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will educate clients on self‑service tools, work with branch partners, and ensure accurate processing of transactions and applications in a fast‑paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum four to five years of retail banking experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and digital products.
• Experience with sales campaigns or promotions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across multiple channels to provide guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self‑service options.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver an optimal client experience.
