U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels. You’ll assess banking needs, open accounts, and promote deposit and loan products with a clear, digital-first approach.

You’ll collaborate with branch teams, educate clients on self-service tools, and ensure accurate processing of transactions while complying with regulatory requirements and NMLS standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
